Key Responsibilities:‍

• Prepare and submit proposals for new BGs and LCs to banks; negotiate key commercial and legal terms.
• Liaise with international bankers for issuance of counter BGs, SBLCs, and related instruments.
• Review and interpret clauses in LCs/BGs during opening, advising, negotiation, settlement, and amendment stages.
• Coordinate with regional teams, customers, and beneficiaries to finalize drafts and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Track near-expiry BGs/LCs and manage extensions, amendments, and collection.
• Facilitate smooth execution by effective stakeholder coordination.

Desired Skills:

• MBA / PGDM in Finance, ICWA (CMA), M.Com, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 12–15 years of experience in Trade Finance with exposure to domestic and international banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of BGs, LCs, SBLCs, UCP guidelines, and trade finance documentation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong financial interpretation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong follow-up and monitoring capability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong team coordination skills.
